Job Title: ServiceNow Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow systems administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ServiceNow instances. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact project that has real-world impact across various environments. You will have the chance to work with our dynamic team to reimagine how ServiceNow works in a cruise environment.

  • Administer and support 60 self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances running in a Linux environment.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety.
  • Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development.
  • Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues.
  • Collaborate across IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Linux.
  • Basic development understanding and API familiarity.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication chops, and a passion for learning.

This position will be contract-based and located onsite in Miramar, FL. Due to specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment.
