The ServiceNow Leader will play a pivotal role in driving growth, excellence, and innovation within our ServiceNow practice. This leader will be responsible for leading a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers, ensuring that we deliver world-class solutions to our clients.

This role requires a dynamic and experienced consulting leader with a deep understanding of ServiceNow and a proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, with a focus on building capabilities, client engagement, client delivery, business development, account management, and partner alliance management.

The ServiceNow Leader will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the ServiceNow capability globally. This includes collaborating with senior leaders to align investments, talent, and go-to-market priorities, as well as building and evolving offerings across key modules.

The ideal candidate will also have experience managing a consulting practice to successful business metrics, managing and navigating the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, and leading distributed workforces. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team, as well as think strategically and solve complex business problems.
