In this pivotal role, you will:

• Act as the subject matter expert in all aspects of ServiceNow solutions.
• Identify enhancement opportunities within existing service operations and core offerings related to ServiceNow.
• Engage actively in the sales cycle through delivering impressive demos, creating captivating presentations, and designing solution architecture.
• Deliver thought leadership and business insights to address client challenges related to ServiceNow.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee ServiceNow project delivery:
• Collaborate with clients to assess their current ServiceNow environment.
• Gather essential data points for scoping and creating tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Engage in discussions with clients and your team about ServiceNow modules, configuration needs, and industry best practices.
• Develop comprehensive solution plans for staff.
• Work alongside project teams to implement the service delivery plans effectively.
• Serve as an expert on configuration, integration, and other essential requirements.
• Guide and oversee testing procedures.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders for validation of all implementations and configurations.
• Ensure seamless migration from development to production for any ServiceNow modules.
• Cooperate with the IBM project team and account team for oversight on project quality and governance.
