Relevant Experience

8+ years of experience in a technical lead role, with a strong background in ServiceNow certifications and implementation.

Key Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD
• Extensive hands-on experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications, including:
• HR Case Management
• HR Knowledge Management
• Employee Service Center (Portal)
• Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)
• Employee Document Management
• Performance Analytics for HR

Additionally, proficiency in integration with HRSM/HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and directories (Active Directory using LDAPs) is required. Experience with web services, JDBC, and SFTP integrations is also necessary.

Requirements:
