We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of ServiceNow ITOM Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to drive technical excellence and deliver high-quality services. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow configurations to optimize IT operations management (ITOM) processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
• Design and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
• Analyze and document technical issues, implementing root cause analysis to drive proactive issue resolution Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in ITOM with a strong background in ServiceNow
• Proven track record of leading medium to large-scale IT projects
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic-planning, and execution skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
