We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead our global capability in this ever-evolving technology landscape. Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering Development: Build and evolve offerings across key modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD).
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with clients to develop long-term relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead teams on strategic engagements, ensuring quality delivery and supporting team growth and meaningful work.
  • New Business Pursuit: Identify and pursue new client opportunities in collaboration with account and market leaders.
  • Solution Development: Shape proposals, lead solutioning, and support go-to-market campaigns.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Mentorship: Inspire, mentor, and guide the team to achieve high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
