We're looking for a ServiceNow administrator/developer to join our team and help us deliver world-class IT services. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support multiple ServiceNow instances in a Linux environment.
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and Health/Safety.
• Develop and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development.
• Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver streamlined workflows.
• Ensure governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Linux.
• Basic development understanding and API familiarity.
• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and passion for learning.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course.
