ServiceNow Change Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow change management specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management strategy and policies that align with industry best practices.
- Review and assess all change requests for completeness and adherence to established guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and approve or reject change requests, providing expert guidance on IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Collaborate with various teams to plan and execute changes, leveraging technical skills and people skills to drive successful outcomes.
- Identify and address potential risks associated with changes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Maintain accurate records of all change activities in the ServiceNow platform, providing valuable insights into process improvements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving IT infrastructure and processes, driving business transformation and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a strong understanding of ITIL practices and principles.
- Experience managing data within ServiceNow, specifically CI's, and managing core ITSM services such as Change, Problem, or Incident.
- ServiceNow certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in change management and IT service management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture, including cloud computing and DevOps methodologies.
