ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Job Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow administrator and developer to join our team. About the Role

• Administer and support 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances running in a Linux environment, ensuring seamless operations and high uptime.
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety to meet business needs.
• Design and implement low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development projects, driving efficiency and innovation.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and Linux-related issues, providing expert solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, documented workflows, promoting process excellence and employee engagement.
• Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.), with a strong track record of success.
• Working knowledge of Linux fundamentals, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with basic development principles and API design patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course. Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Proficiency in SQL / MySQL / MariaDB database management systems.
• Experience with on-premise ServiceNow deployments.

This is an onsite contract position located in Miramar, FL.
