Senior ServiceNow Platform Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Platform Leader to drive the strategic direction of our enterprise platform. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class capability that drives automation, integration, and exceptional user experience across the business.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology vision.
  • Lead platform governance, driving best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement across IT service management, IT operations management, HR service delivery, and related modules.
  • Oversee ServiceNow performance, scalability, and value delivery across the enterprise.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES, GATHER REQUIREMENTS, AND EVANGELISE PLATFORM CAPABILITIES.
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow specialists, providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to deliver a high-performing internal capability.
  • Partner with business units and technical teams to prioritise and deliver platform enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
  • Represent the platform at CXO-level forums, influencing decision-making and ensuring ServiceNow is embedded as a strategic enabler.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance, ensuring an excellent user experience and proactive resolution of issues. BENEFITS
