Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our Automation Platforms team.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing our core ServiceNow Enterprise Platform, used for IT Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, as well as Hardware & Software Asset Management.

  • You will be a Subject Matter Expert for several ITSM processes/CMDB/ITOM/ITAM and provide support to the relevant development teams.
  • Liaising with the Product Team, customers, and other stakeholders as appropriate and acting as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification.
  • You will participate in the analysis of incoming demand requests and progress them to technical stories for the backlog.
  • You will support Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-up, Show&Tell and Retrospectives.
  • You will actively support the business strategy, plans, and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance team culture.
  • You will be accountable for Defect analysis and taking it to closure through collaboration with developers and architects.
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN A DYNAMIC IT ENVIRONMENT AS A SERVICENOW BUSINESS ANALYST IS REQUIRED.
  • IN-DEPTH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF SERVICENOW IN ONE OR MORE AREAS SUCH AS ITSM, ITOM OR ITAM IS ESSENTIAL.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF TAKING HIGH-LEVEL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO TRANSLATE THEM INTO TECHNICAL STORIES IS REQUIRED.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING IN SCALABLE AGILE ENVIRONMENTS IS DESIRED.
  • ADVANCED ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS ALONG WITH THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND EFFECTIVELY MANAGE PRIORITY ARE REQUIRED.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL, WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IN VIRTUAL TEAMS ACROSS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL. Key Requirements:
  • Mainline ServiceNow Certifications in one or more areas such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Request), ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping) or ITAM (SAM, HAM).
