About the Role

This is a key position within our IT department, focused on designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and deploying ServiceNow applications, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and features.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

You will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions within the ServiceNow Platform team.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to coding best practices and development standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow, and drive the implementation of these enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow applications. Requirements
  • Certification in either ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are Essential.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Portal.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex environments. Benefits
