Enterprise ServiceNow Leader

Our Consulting practice is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our ServiceNow initiatives. This pivotal role requires an individual with extensive experience in managing and maintaining large enterprise systems, as well as a deep understanding of IT service management. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement specifications for the ServiceNow platform, aligning them with business needs and enterprise objectives.
• Provide technical leadership in planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver agile-based projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate ServiceNow performance, identify and resolve software issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Utilize subject matter expertise to implement modules and integrate third-party applications within the ServiceNow environment, driving SecDevOps initiatives.
• Transform business requirements into actionable items within ServiceNow, leveraging available modules or creating new ones, while developing detailed documentation for workflows and services. Qualifications
• Minimum five years of experience in managing large enterprise systems, with at least three years of direct experience managing the ServiceNow platform.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification are preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams in delivering agile-based projects, meeting defined requirements.
• Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations.
• Travel as needed.
• Able to obtain necessary work authorizations without employment-based visa sponsorship.
