ServiceNow Platform Architect

We are seeking a Technical Architect with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM and/or SPM experience to join our team at Slalom. As a Lead Platform Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across Slalom's most critical ServiceNow engagements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations, ensuring alignment with client enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct and facilitate technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
• Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
• Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others. Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences. About Us:
