Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement full stack solutions or automate processes using the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead team members in configuring and maintaining the platform for optimal performance.
- Create implementation plans and present them to program leadership and clients for approval.
- Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Represent Leidos as a technical expert, collaborating with partner teams and clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define user stories and tasks in an agile environment.
- Integrate multiple systems and automate REST APIs.
- Apply agile development practices and automated testing techniques using ServiceNow ATF.
- Collaborate with junior/mid-level developers, providing guidance and support.
- Contribute to functional strategy by developing new solutions, processes, and standards that enhance customer competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with ServiceNow product implementations and development.
- Proficiency with various features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Certification in Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
