Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Solutions Developer! In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM to drive innovative software development projects. You will work on multiple initiatives, providing technical and architectural guidance while collaborating closely with both on-shore and off-shore resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Create and manage Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party tools such as Netcool and Kafka.
- Assist in the design, creation, and documentation of business process flows.
- Perform necessary tasks to configure ServiceNow functions catering to operational needs.
- Oversee the integration of information into the CMDB from ServiceNow Discovery and APIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize your experience in creating APIs to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Design and implement robust APIs for efficient data exchange.

Skills and Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM applications, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- 7+ years of experience as an ITSM Developer.
- Proficiency in API development (SOAP or REST).
- Solid understanding of core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, and custom application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or React JS.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in managing complex, global projects.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- ITIL Foundations certification or higher is preferred.
