Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Build workflows that improve business processes and make them more efficient.
  • Solve complex problems by determining the root cause and implementing preventative/corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down requirements and build solutions that meet/exceed their needs.
  • Train and mentor other team members on the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven ServiceNow development and/or administration experience.
  • Advanced level understanding of ServiceNow (version San Diego and above).
  • Experience with core platform components, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM data structures and applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. Working Conditions:
