About the role: We are seeking a highly experienced Servicenow ITSM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and integrations for the ITSM module. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying root causes for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile project methodologies and ITIL processes.
