- Serve as a technical expert and support product sales as part of a client-facing sales team.

- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues.

- Participate in marketing events like executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a relevant product area.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
- Collaborative experience with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a client-facing technical consulting role.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation in cloud solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as necessary for client engagements and events.
