Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows, working closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement business process solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITOM, Service Catalog & ITAM) and clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Provide expertise in ServiceNow and business processes to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and process maps.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow and business process analysis.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
- Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
