Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows, working closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement business process solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ITOM, Service Catalog & ITAM) and clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow and business processes to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and process maps.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow and business process analysis.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.
  • Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
