HRSD ServiceNow Administrator, Consultant

As a key member of our Technology and Operations team, you will play a crucial role in building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within our organization. This involves optimizing its use with existing toolsets to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and overall work environment.

Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to leverage technology to drive business results, demonstrate initiative and expertise in ServiceNow, and showcase passion for continuous improvement.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• No less than 7 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare and configuration management database concepts are essential.
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow is highly preferred, especially in HRSD, IT Service Management processes, Application Portfolio Management (APM) Service Catalog development, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with Now Assist and Mobile implementation is desirable.
• Understanding of ServiceNow Implementation, particularly with HRSD journeys such as onboarding and integrations to third-party systems, is highly desired.
• Experience in technical implementation efforts like ServiceNow Integrations, Version Upgrades, and Maintenance is also valuable.
• Knowledge of integration to 3rd party application APIs, REST/AJAX, Web Services, and Integration hub is highly desired.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v.3 or v.4) and ServiceNow HRSD Certification are highly preferred.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification is also preferred.
• Java scripting skills are strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills are necessary.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills are essential.
