Position Details: This is a contract position based onsite in Miramar, FL. Due to specific legal and contractual obligations, only U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders will be considered. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain 60+ self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances in a Linux environment.
  • Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and Health/Safety.
  • Develop and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to produce clear, documented workflows.
  • Ensure governance, license compliance, perform upgrades, patches, and conduct performance tuning.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Linux.
  • Basic development understanding and familiarity with APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
  • SQL / MySQL / MariaDB knowledge.
  • Experience with on-premise ServiceNow implementations.

Physical Demands: The ability to perform job functions safely in accordance with ADA and other relevant standards, including, but not limited to, sedentary work requiring sitting or remaining stationary for extended periods and engaging in repetitive computer tasks.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $40.00-$44.00 per hour (USD), with variations based on experience, education, and location. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a 401k retirement account, and potential paid sick leave as per applicable law.
