We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Architect/Developer to join our team. As a Service Now Architect/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement full stack solutions or automate processes using the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead team members in configuring and maintaining the platform for optimal performance.
• Create implementation plans and present them to program leadership and clients for approval.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Represent us as a technical expert, collaborating with partner teams and clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define user stories and tasks in an agile environment.
• Integrate multiple systems and automate REST APIs.
• Apply agile development practices and automated testing techniques using ServiceNow ATF.
• Collaborate with junior/mid-level developers, providing guidance and support.
• Contribute to functional strategy by developing new solutions, processes, and standards that enhance customer competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with ServiceNow product implementations and development.
• Proficiency with various features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.
• Certification in Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
