Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Lead

Duration: Contract

Location: On-site in Farmers Branch, USA

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead with a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, including 3+ years of on-prem implementation and support experience for large clients.

• Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards.
• Develop ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions in partnership with the Product team and other stakeholders.
• Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird's-eye and granular level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving complex input from Product and business stakeholders, translating it into requirements, and mapping them onto ServiceNow functionality. They will also design and implement ServiceNow patterns as needed, invent and validate solutions, and participate in Agile development.
