Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology corporation, is actively looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to join their team in New Brunswick, NJ! This role can be remote however they're ideally looking for someone who has the ability to travel to New Brunswick, NJ for in person interactions and team meetings on occasion.
- **This is a 1 year initial contract with the opportunity for long-term extension***
This Project Manager will be supporting a major global implementation for the organization's Global Legal Organization. This involves the rollout of a work management sysem in ServiceNow across global team teams. The rollout will be phased based on region across LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and North America. They're looking for a Project/Program Manager with specific legal project experience who has worked within ServiceNow for the Legal Service Delivery product. This person will be working across multiple stakeholders and teams in different time zones, so strong communication iskey as well as flexiblility to work across various time zones!
Responsibilities
- Project & Program Management Expertise : Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with responsibilities for scope, timeline, budget, governance, and stakeholder communication. PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Legal/Corporate Operations Acumen : Familiarity with legal departments or professional services environments, including process improvement, risk mitigation, and administrative coordination across multiple functions.
- Analytical & Technical Proficiency : Skilled in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau); ability to set and track measurable goals; experience establishing PMO processes and reporting frameworks.
- Leadership & Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and facilitate alignment in matrixed or global environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, ideally at a global or enterprise organization
- Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel and Project Planner
- Experience working with enterprise corporate legal teams implementing CLM (contract lifecycle management) systems across global teams, time zones, functions and cultures is a big plus
- Experience working with and in ServiceNow, particularly their Legal Service Delivery product is a big plus
- Strong technical acumen and systems thinking (e.g. understands at a high level system architecture, conditional logic workflows, data architecture)
