ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst

This is a key role in our organization, requiring a highly skilled professional to learn and master customer-designed ITSM processes. Key responsibilities include learning and mastering ITSM processes, conducting end-to-end testing, documenting testing scenarios, troubleshooting and triaging failed tests, and training end-users and stakeholders. Requirements

  • ServiceNow ITSM expertise is mandatory, while Jira Service Desk, Salesforce Field Service, and Windows Server are good to have skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing deep expertise in customer-designed ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management. They will also perform thorough end-to-end testing of transformed Customer ITSM processes in SIT, UAT, and Production environments, document technical testing and end-user UAT testing scenarios, troubleshoot and triage failed UAT test scenarios, and document any defects uncovered during testing.
