• Lead ServiceNow client implementations across multiple workstreams, from planning to post-engagement support.
• Develop strategic architectural visions for ServiceNow implementations that align with client needs and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform enhancements and updates, utilizing deep technical knowledge of capabilities.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers, ensuring project roadmaps align with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Conduct business development activities, such as identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities, collaborating with KPMG resources from other service lines/industries.
• Oversee solution areas within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet evolving client needs and market demands.
• Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies.
• Foster a high-performing team through continuous learning and collaboration, championing system evaluation and improvement.
• Maintain key customer relationships and cross-sell KPMG services, while maintaining satisfaction and good standing.
• Build internal networks within KPMG to leverage firm-wide capabilities for client solutions.
