NTT DATA currently seeks a ServiceNow Product Owner - ITOM Discovery to join our team for a remote position.

Role Responsibilities -This role requires a Discovery Technical Specialist mindset to maintain operational rigor and continuous improvement in the ITOM Discovery space Comments for Suppliers: Max rate requires very strong business and technical skills in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery (horizontal and vertical) and Discovery optimization. -Own and drive the product vision for ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, aligning with business goals and IT strategy -Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria -Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely and high-impact delivery -Configure, manage, and optimize the ServiceNow Discovery module to support accurate asset discovery and CMDB integrity -Guide stakeholders through process design to ensure data quality, accuracy, and platform reliability -Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support strategic decisions -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data sharing across systems

Required Skills/Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery (horizontal and vertical) and Discovery optimization
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform from both business and technical perspectives
• Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
• Basic knowledge of design techniques and modeling principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70.00-74.50/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
