ServiceNow Technical Architect

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect at tephra, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to our team. Your expertise in the ServiceNow platform will help us develop and implement robust solutions that meet the business needs of our IT department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance on Implementation, Integration, Data transfer, Support, and Development, including enhancement requests.
  • Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs.
  • Review design and code to ensure alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Apply innovative technology to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Consult with business analysts and process leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Skills Overview:
  • ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, and enhancement.
  • ServiceNow Discovery Configuration and Run Book Automation.
  • Knowledge of web-based development languages, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
  • Understanding of full ITSM application lifecycle. Experience:
  • 12-15 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations.
  • 5-8 years of experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in areas such as ITxM, CSM, SPO, and Scoped Application solutions.
  • Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, and Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions.
  • Must have experience integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems or in-house tools developed by customer teams.
  • Lead at least two Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules, including Scoped applications and one complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow.
