A Solutions Architect at Regions oversees multiple dimensions of assigned applications and/or capabilities including stability, life cycle management, version control, design and development, mapping of business requirements to capability-oriented technical requirements, and ensuring technology solutions to business needs are developed in accordance with the architectural roadmap, guidelines, and standards.

This role involves managing end-to-end from conception, through delivery, into production of solution architectures, partnering with business and technology subject-matter experts, participating in the design and modeling of architectures, collaborating with other domain architects, promoting the reuse of services and infrastructure as code, supporting team members on deployment strategies, looking for opportunities to simplify code, and building trusted advisor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of enterprise, solutions, and/or technical architecture-related experience. They will also have experience with N-tier architectures, complex design architectures, Agile methods, technical, application, and information architecture delivery techniques and methodologies, cloud infrastructure, platforms, and cloud-native serverless architectures, containers and container orchestration, instrumentation, telemetry, and observability frameworks and platforms, and Customer Relationship Management systems like Salesforce.

This position requires strong knowledge of CMDB components, Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification from ServiceNow, and hands-on depth in one or more popular programming languages like Java, Go, C#, Rust, Python, etc.
