ServiceNow CMDB SME

At Shiftcode Analytics, we're looking for an experienced ServiceNow expert to join our team. This role involves working with our Infrastructure Group to implement ServiceNow and configure it to meet the needs of all assets and applications across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Helping with the implementation of ServiceNow
• Working with cybersecurity to implement processes and documentation for future use and audits

Requirements include recent experience implementing or building a configuration management database (CMDB) using ServiceNow, as well as expert knowledge of ServiceNow Application and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Service Graph Connectors and Workspaces, and be able to identify solutions, provide assessments, and establish baselines.
