Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a driven and passionate ServiceNow Solutions Implementation Consultant to join our remote team. This is an exciting opportunity for those enthusiastic about delivering exceptional solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on modules such as ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB implementations. You will have the chance to work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy comprehensive solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor customized solutions.
• Manage and maintain CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
• Develop clear documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification - Required.
• Strong expertise in modules such as ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management), ITSM, CMDB, APM, and HAM.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., SAM, APM, HAM, ITOM, CMDB).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
