Responsibilities

Join our dynamic remote team as a talented and driven ServiceNow Consultant Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering top-notch solutions using the ServiceNow platform, focusing on various implementations including ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow modules that ensure seamless integration and maximum client value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
• Design and deploy comprehensive solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB to ensure accurate data modeling and integrations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Develop essential documentation including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong expertise in various modules including (but not limited to):
• ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management)
• ITSM
• CMDB
• APM (Application Portfolio Management)
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications like:
• SAM (Software Asset Management)
• APM
• HAM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
