We're seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to join our team. As a functional and technical expert, you'll consult with customers and configure ServiceNow Integrations based on configuration best practices.

  • Leverage AI to drive business outcomes and improve decision-making
  • Develop integration development plans and strategies
  • Implement AI-powered solutions for various customers
  • Coordinate activities with other developers to ensure seamless integrations
  • Ensure best practices in integration processes are followed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in complex integration technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers
  • Maintain ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams
