We're seeking a Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist to join our team. As a functional and technical expert, you'll consult with customers and configure ServiceNow Integrations based on configuration best practices.
- Leverage AI to drive business outcomes and improve decision-making
- Develop integration development plans and strategies
- Implement AI-powered solutions for various customers
- Coordinate activities with other developers to ensure seamless integrations
- Ensure best practices in integration processes are followed
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 8 years of experience in complex integration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers
- Maintain ServiceNow certifications
- Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams
