We are seeking a technical Director to join our ServiceNow Consulting practice. As a Director, you will lead ServiceNow client implementations, provide strategic architectural vision, and utilize deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Lead multiple workstreams from initial planning to implementation and post-engagement support.
- Develop project roadmaps that align with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations and upgrades.
- Oversee business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
- Maintain key customer relationships and cross-sell other KPMG service offerings. Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
- Verified success in leading five or more ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent analytical, data analysis, and presentation skills.
