We are seeking a technical Director to join our ServiceNow Consulting practice. As a Director, you will lead ServiceNow client implementations, provide strategic architectural vision, and utilize deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.

• Lead multiple workstreams from initial planning to implementation and post-engagement support.
• Develop project roadmaps that align with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations and upgrades.
• Oversee business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
• Maintain key customer relationships and cross-sell other KPMG service offerings. Qualifications
• Minimum eight years of recent experience in ServiceNow technology consulting.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
• Verified success in leading five or more ServiceNow projects.
• Excellent analytical, data analysis, and presentation skills.
