ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Description:

U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, automated solutions for Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Collaborate with product manager to translate problem statements into actionable architecture and development guardrails
• Define enterprise-wide asset management architectures and principles aligned with business strategy, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation
• Partner with stakeholders to shape ITAM vision and develop frameworks that support SAM, HAM, and ITAM capabilities Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years' experience with ServiceNow, including ITAM, SAM, or HAM modules
