About You

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect to spearhead the design of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that align closely with our clients' business goals. This role blends deep platform expertise with strategic consultative leadership across presales, solution design, and client engagements. Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role focused on service solution development and driving revenue growth in Professional Services.
  • Strong leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities to articulate technical solutions for various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in analyzing customer requirements to craft solutions that meet business objectives and budget constraints.
  • Experience in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and fostering revenue growth in professional services.
  • Proficient in producing technical documentation, proposals, and architecture diagrams.

Your Responsibilities:

Presales Engagement:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to accurately understand client requirements, goals, and challenges.
  • Design and present customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform that address both business and technical aspects.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current environments and identify modernization opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of SOWs, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.

Solution Development:

  • Oversee architectural design for ServiceNow solutions across various domains like ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.
  • Provide insights on ServiceNow licensing requirements.
  • Create comprehensive technical proposals, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.
  • Identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings to drive professional services revenue growth.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Develop and deliver customized demonstrations showcasing key features.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Address technical concerns and objections raised by clients during the presales cycle.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure cohesive solution development and seamless project transitions.
  • Engage with SHI sales teams to maintain a unified approach to service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow platform features by collaborating with product and marketing teams.
  • Mentor sales teams to effectively understand the technical value of ServiceNow services.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology.
  • Contribute to practice development by identifying growth areas and leading innovation initiatives.
  • Create and uphold practice standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of IT architecture experience, with at least 4 years specifically in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in technology solution migration.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%).
  • The base salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $200,000, with estimated on-target earnings between $160,000 and $250,000. Compensation is contingent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and will vary by individual. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
