Job Opportunity About the Role
We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance HR processes and employee experience.
This role will collaborate closely with HR and technical teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions that streamline operations and support training and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including integrations with Workday
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and gather requirements from stakeholders
- Customize workflows, troubleshoot application issues, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Develop and maintain clear documentation on system use and customizations, as well as deliver training to users Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of HR process automation and ServiceNow capabilities
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday and possessing relevant certifications (CAD and CSA)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Benefits and Opportunities:
