This is a senior role involving highly engaging work in the field of proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Experience across multiple industries, especially Technology and Software, with the flexibility to take up other industry domains,
• 10+ years of experience in designing end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Industry consulting and advisory working with customers identifying and solving business problems,
• Multiple transformation program experience in Technology and Software with an in-depth understanding of Industry domain and Trends,
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to CXOs on Innovation and Thought Leadership,
• Experience in managing teams based in multiple time zones,
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is preferred.
• Proven expertise in designing complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and Integrations.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and ServiceNow scripting language.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage diverse team and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Industry-led advisory & transformation experience,
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - ServiceNow
• 7+ years of ServiceNow ecosystem experience,
• At least 1 industry domain experience (Technology/Hi Tech, Software),
• Ability to manage CXOs and customer stakeholders NICE TO HAVE
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
