• Design, develop, and test software solutions that meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

• Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to existing test suites, analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause. Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• CSSA certification in PEGA 7.X or later.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Desired Qualifications:
