ServiceNow Leadership Opportunity

This role is critical for a senior technical professional to drive the configuration and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform.

  • Develop and execute ServiceNow roadmaps as defined and approved by clients.
  • Lead team members in configuring and maintaining the platform with performance optimization.
  • Create and present implementation plans that are reviewed and approved by program leadership and clients.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on technical progress, potential risks, and issue resolution plans.
  • Represent the company as the technical face with partner teams and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow product implementations and development.
  • Proficiency with various features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Thought leader for design and implementation of new solutions involving ServiceNow products.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in a PaaS/SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and understanding of the Project Management lifecycle.
