ServiceNow Leadership Opportunity
This role is critical for a senior technical professional to drive the configuration and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and execute ServiceNow roadmaps as defined and approved by clients.
- Lead team members in configuring and maintaining the platform with performance optimization.
- Create and present implementation plans that are reviewed and approved by program leadership and clients.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on technical progress, potential risks, and issue resolution plans.
- Represent the company as the technical face with partner teams and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow product implementations and development.
- Proficiency with various features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Thought leader for design and implementation of new solutions involving ServiceNow products.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a PaaS/SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of the Project Management lifecycle.
