This key position will play a vital role in driving efficiency and transformation within our Enterprise HR/Payroll Platform team, focusing on ServiceNow enhancements and defect management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for ServiceNow implementation and resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Conduct thorough research to advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts to ensure seamless upgrade releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document standards and procedures, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Publish high-quality HR Knowledgebase articles, enhancing the knowledge base for users.
  • Utilize in-depth understanding of business processes and system dynamics to recommend technical and non-technical solutions that meet business objectives. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in ServiceNow.
  • 2+ years of experience in JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience and/or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Human Resources experience is desirable but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with expertise in configuring ServiceNow and building strong relationships with business partners.
