• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow configurations.
• Assist in ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, especially ITSM.
• Experience building or enhancing ServiceNow workflows.
• Proven ability to deliver integration solutions using ServiceNow (REST/SOAP APIs).
