ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team at Slalom. As a modern technology company, we're passionate about building innovative solutions that help our clients solve their most complex business problems.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on ServiceNow strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training, and change support. This role demands a high degree of functional and architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations, ensuring alignment with client enterprise goals and ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct and facilitate technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
• Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
• Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
