Expert ServiceNow Capture Specialist
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow capture specialist to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful capture efforts and driving strategic growth in the Government market.
- Develop and execute strategic capture plans, matrix manage cross-functional teams, and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize public and private sector ServiceNow opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential deals.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, partner ecosystem development, and team certifications.
- Lead customer engagement, relationship-building, and account management efforts, ensuring strong partnerships with clients.
- Manage relationships with industry partners, conduct competitive analysis, and develop pricing strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow solutions, providing insights on solution architectures, and supporting proposal teams on win themes and proposal development.
- Represent the organization at industry events and forums, fostering thought leadership and networking opportunities.
