ServiceNow Performance Analytics

Overview

A successful candidate will serve as the Performance Analytics & Reporting subject matter expert and perform ServiceNow developer responsibilities, understanding business and technical terminology around Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, Dashboards, Trending, Target Setting, etc.

This is an in-person position located in Logan. The position will be hired as a Programmer/Analyst II or III based on job duties assigned and candidate qualifications. Responsibilities

• Drive the continual improvement of Performance Analytics roadmap and mature ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics capabilities, expertise, best practices, and solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs, anticipate future reporting requirements, and design scenarios aligned with overall strategy.
• Develop, organize, and conduct process/training workshops.
• Advise university stakeholders on dashboards, reporting options, and KPI best practices.
• Research new capabilities based on latest industry trends from technology and user innovation perspectives.
• Perform system development directly related to Performance Analytics.
• Conduct integration testing.
• Ensure deliverables to university business stakeholders are complete, consistent, high-quality, on-time, and deliver valued outcomes.
• Hands-on development of dashboards, widgets, indicators, and breakdowns. Position Breakdown:
• 45% - Performance Analytics system development and administration.
• 25% - Development of process & training workshops.
• 25% - Dashboard and Reporting development.
• 5% - Documentation.
