Summary
Join a high-impact team transforming enterprise-wide ITSM, HRSD, and User Experience using ServiceNow. As the Knowledge Management Product Owner, you will lead strategy, process improvement, and implementation efforts for Knowledge Management across ServiceNow platforms. This role bridges business needs with technical execution and drives harmonization across organizational units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Knowledge Management process across ITSM and HRSD platforms in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with business units to identify needs, gaps, and harmonization opportunities
- Create and maintain documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise change initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and platform teams
- Monitor ServiceNow platform enhancements and align process improvements accordingly
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform
- Must have strong "Knowledge Management" module experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives in agile environments
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Certification
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification
