Job Title: ServiceNow - Platform Solution Consultant

Location: Pan India

Experience: 8+ yrs.

Job Type : Contract to hire.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Certificates if any CSA, CAD, CIS, please attach the copies along with CV.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness
  • Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology
  • Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform
  • Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements
  • 8+ years ITSM experience
  • 8+ years HRSD experience
  • 8+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundations
