As an Assistant Vice President - Global Technology, you will be responsible for leading the design, building, and maintenance of our company's ServiceNow projects. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the utilization of ServiceNow, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovation. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects.

To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Tech. / MCA or equivalent degree and possess relevant certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Additional certification in CIS ITOM is optional but advantageous.

Your technical expertise should include a sound understanding of architectural best practices in ServiceNow, proficiency in ServiceNow development encompassing scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), APIs, integrations, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML). Experience with NOW Mobile App, NOW Virtual Assistant, and NOW Assist is desirable. You should excel in project management, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities in this role involve overseeing the company's ServiceNow platform, leading the design and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices, managing development tasks, tracking costs and value, staying updated on ServiceNow products and technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the ServiceNow support team.

You will also be involved in handling tough ServiceNow support issues, monitoring daily tasks on the ServiceNow platform, analyzing incidents and resolving problems, overseeing the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards, managing instance administration, setting up workflows and forms, handling system integrations, and participating in meetings to explore new ServiceNow applications.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, a deep understanding of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM), expertise in ServiceNow development, familiarity with ITIL processes, proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to optimize ServiceNow instances for improved performance. Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position. Experience with development methodologies and helpdesk software will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.,
