• About the Role: We seek a seasoned ServiceNow professional to develop engaging, hands-on training across various modules. Your impact will be instrumental in enhancing platform adoption and capability development throughout the organization.
• Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Hands-on training on 3-4 ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM (CMDB/Discovery), ITAM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, CSM, IRM, and CAM
• Certified ServiceNow Authorized Product Trainer
• Expertise in designing effective training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in creating and managing content within ServiceNow's knowledge base
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and scripting
